Another 7 weeks, another check up.

I wanted to tell you guys some good news. But on this occasion I really think that there is none to tell!

So, early estimates are - another eight to ten months before I'll be ready for the operation.

I've been brushing my teeths really well hygiene-wise, but my gums are taking a real beating...I have to lay off 'em - you have to be careful cos otherwise it all goes wrong.

Also, the killing neck/back/head pain I've been waking up with each morning is caused by muscle tension radiating from my jaw. I have to try and relax my jaw. The only problem with this is that if I do relax my jaw, I look like I've had a stroke!

No more chewing gum either.

Mr Harper is still as dashing as ever. But it didn't make me feel any better this time.

Next appt with him is on the 21st December (festive!) and I will be having the dreaded SPACERS again. Yeuch.

Please all pray to the God of Braces for me.

Visit a chiropractor and get back in alignment. You'd be surprised what it affects. the head is a major area that gets jacked when the spine is out of wack. It's worked miracles for me. The problem may not lie in your mouth, but in your spine and neck. if you can find one that uses the "activator" practice, then all the better. They don't lie you down and turn you in all sorts of pretzel positions. They use a device that causes no pain and concentrates on the exact joint, instead of a bunch that get moved when it's cracked the old way.

This sucks. I hate teeth pains. There is a great mouthwash on the market that helps heal your gums. When I was having all of my surgury it helped me a lot. I will give you the brand name so you can use it to swish when you are in CA.
You can also swish warm salt water, that helps a lot.

I was at work talking about
A: Your teeny tiny wasteline and how you are one of the only people I know who actually is small enough to shop at American Apparel

B: I was asking if the train is any cheaper to visit you in LA> A girl at work just used the train to visit LA> Not cheaper unless you need a last minute ride, then loads cheaper.

PS-
Right after I finished discussing the train you texted me, that is why it was so funny. I had been talking about you for at least 5 minutes!

Sorry :( *hugs* I tend to grind my teeth when I sleep and clench my jaw when nervous, so I can relate a bit.
